It is natural for some clients to feel apprehensive before they have a hypnotherapy session and perhaps you may feel that you would not be fully in control. This really isn’t the case! Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed state where you are fully conscious of everything that is being said and fully in control of yourself. 

The initial consultation starts with a discussion of your medical, emotional and life history so that I can fully understand the problem and discuss any worries that you may have. Everything that we discuss is in the strictest confidence. At this consultation we will discuss the issues that you wish to resolve and how I can help you. 

Should you decide to go ahead with the session, I will use cutting edge techniques to find solutions and pave the way to positive change in your life. Each session will end with a positive trance experience that will help anchor the process of change and each session lasts for about an hour.
